Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

When ordering goods from Atelier Axiom Store for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country/region. 

Atelier Axiom Store is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Atelier Axiom Store cannot predict the value of these charges.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped by DHL.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Refused Shipments

If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Notes on Delivery 

Deliveries may be delayed due to carriers, weather, epidemic and other inevitable factors.
