The packaging my order came in is damaged.

Weโ€™re sorry to hear that the packaging was damaged upon arrival.

While we appreciate this is not the ideal condition to receive your item in, minor damage to the external packaging of an item can occur whilst in transit and is unfortunately outside our control.

However, in cases where the product has suffered significant damage on arrival, we will need evidence to support the case of mishandling by the courier. Please capture evidence before you sign for the package. Once signed for, you will be solely liable for the condition of the goods.ย 

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or you have another concern, please contact us via this form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

To expedite your request, please have your order number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
